Guidelines for the Management of the Repository Room
Approved by the Department Affairs Meeting on 20 June 2025
Article 1
To ensure effective management of the Repository Room (hereafter “the Room”), the Department of Chinese Literature at National Chengchi University hereby establishes the Guidelines for the Management of the Repository Room.
Article 2
Use of the Room shall give priority to regular courses. Remaining time slots may be opened to on-campus units in the following order of priority:

The Room’s hours of use shall follow the opening hours of the Art & Culture Center. Exceptions may be granted upon special approval. If such approval is obtained, the borrowing unit must first confirm with the Art & Culture Center administrator whether overtime support is available and shall bear the associated overtime costs.

The units responsible for the Room are as follows:

Applicants shall complete the online form via the Facility Rental Services System no later than one week prior to the event, and submit the hard-copy application to the Department within three working days (inclusive) to complete the borrowing procedure.
Article 6
The Room is to be used primarily for static activities. Users shall exercise due care and comply with the following rules. In case of violation, the managing unit may immediately terminate use and reject applications from the offending unit for one year; serious violations will be referred to the University for handling.
Article 7
Users shall be liable for compensation for any damage to calligraphy and painting works, equipment, or facilities in the Room.
Article 8
In principle, the Room is available for borrowing by NCCU faculty, staff, and students only. It is not open to off-campus users.
Article 9
These Guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Department Affairs Meeting; amendments shall follow the same procedure.
